libxcb-dri3-dev software package provides X C Binding, dri3 extension, development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libxcb-dri3-dev
libxcb-dri3-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libxcb-dri3-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libxcb-dri3-dev *
You will get with libxcb-dri3-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
